Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer specializing in Data, AI, ML, Agentic AI, drones, robotics, and electrical engineering (EE). Based in Vienna, VA, the Software Engineer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced software systems and applications. Core activities include programming, back-end development, designing AI/ML algorithms, and working collaboratively on innovative solutions for robotic and drone technologies in data-rich environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and hands on skills
• Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development in Agentic AI platforms
• Demonstrated skills in designing and implementing AI and ML algorithms
• Familiarity with robotics and drone systems, as well as understanding of electrical engineering (EE) concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience with agentic AI systems or autonomous technologies is a plus
