Job Title: Window, Exterior Door & Trim Carpenter

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable installer with experience in window and exterior door installation, along with trim carpentry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace residential windows and exterior doors
- Perform interior and exterior trim carpentry (casing, baseboards, crown molding, etc.)
- Ensure proper fit, sealing, and finishing of all installations
- Read and interpret basic measurements and job specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in window and door installation
- Strong trim carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with siding or exterior finishing
- Familiarity with construction best practices and building codes

Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime)
