Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable tradesman to join our team specializing in reconstruction, remodeling, plumbing, and restoration work. This role involves hands-on work in residential and commercial environments, including rebuilds following water damage as well as general remodeling tasks.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in bathroom and interior remodeling, including installing showers, vanities, plumbing, and performing finish work.
Responsibilities
- Perform reconstruction and remodeling work including framing, drywall, and finish carpentry
- Plumbing Work
- Install showers, vanities, and complete basic bathroom remodel tasks
- Complete punch work and repairs following restoration projects
- Assist with demolition and rebuild phases as needed
- Read and follow scopes of work and job instructions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or restoration required
- Experience installing showers, vanities, or similar fixtures preferred
- Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, and general construction practices
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in water damage / restoration work
- Finish carpentry or tile experience
- OSHA certification
- Plumbing Experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $25 – $35 depending on experience
