AAMA is a fast growing martial arts supplier with exclusive distributorship for adidas Taekwondo apparel and bags, as well as the full core line of all Taekwondo products. We provide affordable, reliable, top quality screen printing services in an energetic, focused, and family oriented environment. We are looking to hire an energetic, focused, hard working, motivated individual interested in developing and growing within our team. We service clubs on a national scale, as well as local schools and churches.

Job Description

Must be reliable, consistent, and counted on to show up on time each day to work. Must have a positive, can do attitude, and willing to both receive and offer constructive criticism to always put in the best one can. Key responsibilities include outputting high levels of quality production, providing end product quality control, shop cleanliness, and taking care of general shop duties as needed. This position may involve cross training in other departments within the shop.

Training available for those who are willing to learn quickly and put in the work.

Preferred Skills

• 2-5 years experience in warehouse/production environment
• Previous printing/press experience
• Quality control (an eye for detail) required
• The ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
