Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, saws safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install components such as framing, roofing, siding, doors, windows, and trim carpentry elements with precision
• Coordinate with team members to execute construction management plans while adhering to safety standards and project timelines

Experience

• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various building components
• Hands-on experience with carpentry techniques including frame carpentry, door hanging, trim carpentry, roofing, and siding.
• Strong understanding of construction inspection processes to maintain safety standards and quality assurance throughout each project

Higher pay, leadership opportunities, and performance incentives may be available for candidates with advanced trade experience or specialized skill sets.

Pay: $22.00 – $30.60 per hour
