Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair drainage, waterproofing, and foundation systems
• Service sump pumps, drainage lines, and structural components
• Perform light carpentry, concrete, and repair work as needed
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about service work
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Complete service documentation using company tablets or devices

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, framing, masonry, concrete, or similar trades
• General construction knowledge (plumbing, framing, concrete, or drainage experience helpful)
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer or tablet skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred (Not Required)

• Waterproofing or structural repair experience
• Experience with sump pumps or drainage systems
• Trade school or vocational training
