Service Tech In-Home Windows and Doors Full Time

Renewal by Andersen of Central IL, is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an In-Home Service Tech for Windows and Doors who is skilled in decision making and problem solving. The successful candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for providing our homeowners with service on their previously installed windows and doors. Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assess homeowner concerns and determine corrective action to take

· Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation

· Verify that all situations are resolved correctly and in an efficient manor

· Dedicated to providing superior customer service

· Accurately complete all related paperwork

· Perform other tasks, as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

·Construction industry knowledge

-Construction Experience 4+years or more

· Proven track record of superior workmanship

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Must be able to comfortably lift at least 75 lbs

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Physical &drug screening.

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
