We’re looking for a Service & Parts Director who can walk into controlled chaos…

…and calmly turn it into a money-printing operation.

What You’re Taking On:

🔧 A customer-facing service department (yes, real customers… every day)

🚗 A recon shop pumping ~300 used vehicles/month (yes, that’s not a typo)

📈 A business that expects results—not stories

What You Must Bring:

✔️ General Motors experience (non-negotiable)

✔️ Ability to recruit, train, and KEEP great technicians

✔️ You can actually develop people (not just talk about it in meetings)

✔️ Operational discipline (you love structure… or at least respect it)

✔️ Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus
