Overview of Position:  

Heiser Toyota has an immediate opening for a Service Dispatcher. We are seeking a professional individual who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail and quality oriented, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction. Service Dispatcher works with our Service Department performing a range of administrative and customer service duties including making cost estimates, tracking the status of repairs, and writing reports that detail time and labor costs.  

Responsibilities 

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests 

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage 

• Develop estimates 

• Write repair order 

• Focus on CSI is a must

• Dispatch work to Technicians

• Ensure customer needs are understood by technicians 

• Ensure needs and recommended services/repairs are understood by the customer 

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 

• 1+ year(s) relevant sales and service experience 

• Previous automotive service experience preferred 

• Valid and clean WI Driver’s License 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

• Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to function as part of a team and work independently 

• Willingness to learn and take direction 

• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
