Minimum Job Requirements
EDUCATION
Candidate must possess a High School diploma or its GED Equivalent.
Experience
Candidate must possess three (3) years of experience in a law enforcement position. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Supervisory training, provided through Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy OPOTA or other law enforcement related organization or program is preferred.

Physical And Mental Requirements
During the course of performing the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to compare, copy, analyze, synthesize, compile, coordinate, negotiate and instruct. Ability to communicate while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills is required. Physical work will need to be performed, such as standing, sitting, handling, hearing, reaching, fingering and talking. Ability to lift more than 100 lbs. on an occasional basis may be necessary. Position will require visual demands of near acuity, far acuity, depth perception and accommodation. Exposure to extreme weather, atmospheric conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat that is non-weather related, hazards, vibrations and confined/restricted working environments is encountered in this position.
Pay Range: USD, Commensurate with Experience
$80,606 – $100,758
