Senior Talent Executive Full Time

Position Overview

Ekspert Counsel is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Talent Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced staffing and recruiting professional who thrives on relationship building, business development, and long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships within the legal, finance, HR, AI, and corporate sectors.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying and securing new client partnerships.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for temporary, contract, and direct hire placements.
• Source, screen, and place high-level talent across a variety of professional verticals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term success.
• Manage accounts and maintain consistent communication with clients regarding hiring needs and staffing solutions.
• Utilize Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS systems to track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to support company growth initiatives and expansion goals.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Ekspert Counsel’s brand and client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior recruiting experience required.
• Business development and/or sales experience within the staffing industry required.
• Experience supporting legal, finance, HR, AI, or corporate staffing initiatives preferred.
• Temporary staffing business development experience highly preferred.
• Existing book of business or transferable client relationships highly preferred.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms required.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire for professional growth.
