Role Description

The Senior Solutions Engineer will work as part of our technical team, delivering tailored solutions to address customer needs and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical consulting, supporting presales engagements, and overseeing software and system integration for clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development, including designing and implementing technical solutions
• Expertise in Consulting and providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Presales, involving support for technical presentations and solution proposals
• Background in Integration, including connecting and optimizing software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to work collaboratively on-site in Phoenix, AZ
• Previous experience in telecommunications or networking is a plus
