Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own the organization, planning, and publishing of our social content across TikTok and Instagram.

This role is focused on execution and cohesion—bringing together content from multiple teams and ensuring our social presence is consistent, on-brand, and high quality at all times.

You will be responsible for managing the content calendar, overseeing what gets posted and when, and making sure Orena feels active, intentional, and top of mind every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Calendar and Planning

• Own and manage the full social media content calendar
• Organize and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and FB
• Ensure consistent posting with no gaps or inconsistencies
• Plan and maintain a balanced mix of evergreen and campaign content

Content Coordination and Cohesion

• Bring together content from:
• Campaign marketing (launches, restocks, sales)
• UGC and influencer teams
• Graphic design
• Decide what content gets posted and in what order
• Ensure all content feels cohesive, on-brand, and aligned across platforms

Publish and Execution

• Schedule and publish all content across platforms
• Write and refine captions to align with brand voice
• Ensure all posts go live on time and support key business moments

Daily Social Presence

• Ensure Instagram Stories are posted consistently (daily) as well as reels/IG posts and Tiktok Videos
• Use stories to support launches, restocks, and general brand presence
• Maintain an active and engaging day-to-day presence
• Create opportunities that encourage customers to share and talk about the brand

Campaign Support

• Support execution of launches, sales, and restocks by translating campaign direction into social content
• Coordinate supporting posts (reminders, countdowns, etc.)
• Ensure campaigns are properly reflected across social platforms

Evergreen Content Management

• Maintain consistent content flow between major campaigns
• Fill gaps with relevant, engaging evergreen content
• Keep the brand top of mind even outside of launches
• Brief internal or external designers on graphic content needs

Trend Awareness

• Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Identify relevant opportunities to participate in cultural moments and trending conversations and incorporate them into the content calendar when appropriate

Social Media Coordination

• Plan and execute giveaways and engagement-driven initiatives
• Support content formats that encourage audience interaction
• Stay ahead of key moments such as Women’s Day, Fragrance Day, Mental Health Awareness campaigns, and other culturally relevant dates

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years managing social media for a DTC brand (beauty or fragrance preferred)
• Strong experience with TikTok and Instagram
• Proven ability to maintain consistent, high-quality social presence
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple content sources
• Strong sense of visual and brand cohesion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple moving parts
• Strong copywriting skills for captions

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Monthly healthcare stipend

Performance bonus opportunities based on growth and social performance
