Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales and Supply Chain Analyst role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Senior Sales and Supply Chain Analyst will analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends to support demand planning, revenue growth, and customer service levels. The role includes collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams to align demand and supply, support customer programs, and provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, and product mix. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking OTIF (on-time in-full) performance, and identifying risks or opportunities in the supply chain. The analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reports, streamline planning processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across sales and supply chain operations.

Activities       

Monitor and report sales results, trends, and analysis in support of internal planning and external reporting, utilizing:

• Internal sales and operations reports
• Customer-specific data platforms (Retail Link, Scintilla)
• Syndicated data where available (Nielsen, IRI)
• Industry and proprietary research

Assist in the development and maintenance of Annual Account Planning tools in support of Company sales goal attainment.

Support the development of sales presentations, customer updates, line reviews, and RFP’s through data reporting and analysis.

Act as Category Expert in customer conversations, driving fact-based decision-making that will result in mutual growth for the category and the company

Analyze spending & performance of sales and marketing programs, providing recommendations to optimize ROI

Monitor and report customer-specific supply chain performance

Analyze data and provide fact-based recommendations for company and customer around order quantities and inventory allocation within customer DC and store network.  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain analysis, Food/CPG industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Finance, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
• Prior experience working with Retailer Data Platforms (Retail Link, Scintilla) and retail syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) highly preferred
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite a plus
• Strong ability to tell stories through data, build visualizations and presentation assets
• Skillset to leverage AI tools that drive efficiency in reporting a plus
• A natural curiosity for solving problems and searching for root cause
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000
