Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Regional Vice President. The role involves leading regional operations, managing teams, and creating strategies to expand market presence and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing business plans, overseeing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery of company objectives. As a Senior Regional Vice President, you will serve as a key decision-maker and collaborate with executive leadership to drive long-term organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strategic planning experience in regional or executive-level roles
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Expertise in market analysis, team management, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of the wine or beverage industry, with an understanding of global market trends, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Flexibility to travel as needed to oversee regional operations and build partnerships
