I’m currently working with a New York based credit hedge fund, that are looking for a mid to senior level Private Credit Sourcer to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and originate private credit opportunities across direct lending and special situations
- Build and maintain relationships
- Generate proprietary deal flow through active market coverage
- Conduct initial screening and high-level credit analysis
- Support deal execution and internal approval processes
Requirements:
- 6–12+ years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking
- Proven track record in deal sourcing and/or execution
- Strong network across sponsors, advisors, and lending communities
- Solid understanding of credit analysis, structuring, and documentation
