Overview
Veeco is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor capital equipment and New Product Introduction (NPI). In this high-impact role, you will lead the transition of complex, precision-engineered systems from design to production, ensuring manufacturability, scalability, and zero-defect readiness. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, test, and supply chain teams to drive early risk retirement, process development, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, industrial) with at least 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience is required. Experience with process improvement methodologies is required as is experience transitioning new products from design to manufacturing launch and volume production. Experience in complex equipment/product manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Salary And Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $112,000-$142,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
