Job Description
INNERGY is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will support and enhance the systems, tools, and operational processes that keep our globally distributed workforce connected, productive, and secure.
You will serve as a key partner across departments, helping troubleshoot technical issues, improve workflows, manage systems access and device provisioning, and contribute to infrastructure and operational improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem solving, communication, and customer service mindset.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced SaaS environment, takes ownership of issues from start to finish, and is passionate about delivering a high quality employee experience through technology.
