Job Responsibilities:
Utilize estimating software to read and analyze construction
drawings for accurate takeoff quantities
Assist in preparing competitive estimates for both self-performed
and subcontracted work
Identifies risk items with project team
Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and
suppliers
Review subcontractor bids to ensure completeness and accuracy
Manage pre-construction process from start to finish
Manage bid process for both hard bid and negotiated projects
Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by
management to support The Law Companys goals and objectives
