Lead multi-million dollar mission-critical data center builds where uptime isn’t negotiable and every electrical system you design powers the backbone of modern digital infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
You’ll own complex data center electrical projects from estimate to energization, working directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver multi-million dollar builds on time and on budget.
Strategic Project Leadership: Generate estimates, establish timelines and budgets, supervise execution across design, procurement, and installation phases. Coordinate activities of staff and subcontractors on large-scale deployments.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clarifying expectations before, during, and after project completion. Report directly to Director and VP.
Site Oversight & Safety: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety policies across all construction phases.
Financial Management: Lead billing and collections, forecast financial direction, course-correct as needed, and manage RFPs and Change Management Forms.
Team Development: Mentor project managers and subordinates to support their professional growth. Assist leadership in planning future labor and material needs.
