Senior Director Product Management
The Senior Director Product Management – North America is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives across the region. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with business goals and market demands. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, strong planning and execution skills, operational excellence, and deep product and industry expertise, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for North America, aligning with company objectives and regional market needs.
Go-To-Market
Define and implement go-to-market plans to successfully bring to market product, features and market initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including product, operations, engineering, sales and customer success to deliver high-impact solutions.
Customer-Centric Innovation
Engage directly with customers and key stakeholders to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure solutions meet evolving needs.
Subject Matter Expertise and Sales Support
Develop subject matter expertise for products focused on the North American market in particular, and for all products in the netnumber portfolio in general, to be able to conduct high-impact customer, supplier and partner conversations and negotiations and to effectively support the sales team in their engagements with customers and prospects. Be recognized as subject matter expert within the organization and externally.
Enablement of Internal Teams
Plan and produce content (documentation, collateral, trainings, workflows, cheat sheets etc.) that enables the internal teams to be better informed, to their job more effectively and serve customers in the best possible way. Dedicate special focus to enabling the sales team.
Industry Engagement
Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including the major carriers and CPaaS companies in North America. Leverage these relationships to advance netnumber’s initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and and in-life product management, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and performance. Demonstrate a bias for action and for pragmatic solutions that lead to tangible achievements.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics and workflow management tools to prove theories, monitor product performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Engineering & Networks
Partner closely with engineering and network teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and seamless service delivery.
Customer Onboarding & Retention
Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth product adoption, high customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define and track key product KPIs, including adoption rates, service usage, service revenue and cost, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Present insights to senior leadership.
Process Optimization
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in product development and support workflows. Implement best practices for product operations and data quality.
Represent netnumber in the Industry
Be the face of netnumber within the industry, which includes attending and representing the company at industry events and trade shows, speaking on behalf of netnumber at such events. Attend meetings with customers, suppliers and partners and within these environments position the netnumber solutions and negotiate on behalf of the company. Plan and deliver online and in-person communication, including webinars, public speeches, and customer trainings.
