Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Director. The Senior Account Director will oversee key account relationships, drive strategic account management, and ensure the delivery of business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, leading project teams, developing sales strategies, ensuring the alignment of projects with client goals, and maintaining strong team coordination. The role requires collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional solutions and results to meet the needs of clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management, nurturing client relationships, and driving client satisfaction
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, including the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and align with organizational goals
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and lead virtual teams
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly desirable
