A little bit about our team:

You will be reporting to the Global Security department and working with team members globally. You will work closely with stakeholders across business lines and others including internal and external stakeholders in the US and abroad to support building operations, events, employee protection, and other security objectives and initiatives. Our team’s mission is to imagine, create, and maintain innovative and safe workplaces globally, ensuring continuity and protection across our dynamic business operations.

Your role:

You will have the opportunity to support, develop, and implement standards for all aspects of physical security including building security operations, events, regional investigations/intelligence, global security programs, and more. The responsibilities also involve the continuous monitoring, analysis, and response to security events, as well as the implementation and maintenance of security systems and procedures.

Here you’ll get to:

• You will be a key support for all Global Security areas.
• You will play a supervisory role in several elements of physical security, from day-to-day building operations to major company events.
• You will serve as a first line of defense: supervising security alerts and incidents, overseeing triaging, and ensuring an appropriate response.
• You will escalate verified issues to the incident response team for in-depth investigation and containment.
• You will document and oversee documentation for all incident response activities, findings, and remediation steps for post-incident review.
• You will monitor and review daily reports and intelligence feeds from contract guards to spot potential concerns and threats.
• You will collaborate alongside building operations and event planners to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security plans for company special events.
• You will manage, monitor, assess, and handle security-related service tickets, compliance tasks, while supporting fire/life safety coordination and management.
• You will support and manage the International Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• You will manage related budget items – ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• You will utilize tools for reporting, creating new detections, and performing analysis.
• You will assist in proactive activities to identify and manage undetected threats, vulnerabilities, and security gaps, including supporting and managing vulnerability testing and assessments.
• You will implement and manage security tools and solutions.
• You will participate in all aspects of the contract guard services selection, placement, training, and retention strategies, and assist with or conduct training as needed.
• You will manage, coordinate, maintain, and update essential security documentation, including Security manuals, Emergency Response Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and vendor lists.

About you:

• You have a minimum two years of college education.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a corporate security setting is required.
• You have accumulated at least two years’ worth of experience working in GSOC environments.
• You have working knowledge of security infrastructure.
• You have familiarity with building management procedures and building codes.
• You can prioritize effectively and collaborate well with others.
• You have computer skills including Microsoft Office, and Google products.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, and execute efficiently.
• You exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and approach.
• You are critical-thinking, self-directed and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of leading and completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills.
• You have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• You have high ethical standards.
• You possess sound judgment, discretion, and ability to balance competing interests.

We’d love it if you also had:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French
• Hospitality experience
• Experience in the entertainment industry

This position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
