What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort environment.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and activity across the location, assisting with visitor interactions, directional support, and policy awareness while maintaining a courteous presence.

Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site leadership and/or local responders when needed, helping to address security-related matters in line with post responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
