Role Description
This is a part-time Secret Shopper role, offering the opportunity to conduct on-site mystery shopping assessments at our clients’ establishments in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include evaluating customer service experiences, assessing the quality of sales interactions, collecting detailed observations, and documenting findings in an online reporting system reports. Total pay includes a shop fee for each shop plus reimbursement for expense when applicable.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Professional written skills, to effectively document findings and provide actionable feedback.
- Attention to detail, observational skills, and ability to work independently on-site.
- Prior mystery shopping experience is a plus but not required.
