Secondary Setup Technician Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Secondary Set up Technician for metal stamping and springs.
• Set up and maintain air press, bench top tooling and other secondary equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts with gages, calipers, optical comparator
• Train production associates in proper operation of of secondary presses.
• Measure completed components to conformance of part print
• Qualifications:
• Toolmaker a STRONG PLUS
• 2 – 3 years of set-up experience in a manufacturing environment
• Secondary air press experience
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to use basic inspection gauges such as calipers, load testers, micrometers, and comparators
• Team player and able to learn and think quickly
