What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate resolution efforts across teams
- Foster collaboration and transparency across cross-functional Agile development teams
- Support backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery tracking
- Track Agile metrics and provide delivery updates, supporting documentation and program readiness activities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile software development teams in complex technical environments
- Strong experience with SAFe methodologies and Agile delivery practices
- Proven experience supporting large-scale software development and integration initiatives
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or comparable Agile certification
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) environment, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile and configuration management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
- Technical background or experience supporting engineering-led delivery teams
- Experience supporting healthcare or federal government technology initiatives
