What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with QA and engineering teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Track sprint progress, defects, test execution, and release readiness
- Collaborate with product owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Monitor sprint metrics, velocity, defect leakage, and QA KPIs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 5-10 years of experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum Master role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working with QA teams and software testing processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise applications
- Understanding of CI/CD and release processes
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress
- Experience handling distributed/offshore teams
