What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate and facilitate all scrum events throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor backlog tracking, burndown charts, and product metrics to ensure smooth workflow
- Remove product impediments and negotiate with the product owner throughout the development cycle
- Manage conflicts within the scrum team while keeping projects on track and within budget
- Support discussions around risk decisions and develop strategies for process improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be local to Denver, Colorado
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for planning and managing sprints
- Certifications in SCRUM required
- Expert understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Proven ability to manage conflicts within a scrum team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with DevOps and/or automation
- Familiarity with Identity Management/Access Control
- Strong negotiation skills for continuous improvement discussions
