What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support ServiceNow platform implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and training materials
- Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, specifically ITAM, with ITOM/HRSD/SecOps preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum framework and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow Agile Development
- Familiarity with process standardization and governance strategies in IT environments
