Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and eager‑to‑learn individual to join our Practice Operations team as Surgical Coordinator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career who is looking for hands‑on experience in a professional healthcare environment.

No prior experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

With training and support, you will assist with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks that help our practices run smoothly. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily office and operational workflows
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and document management
• Communicating with internal team members to help resolve routine issues
• Helping track tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain organization
• Learning basic healthcare operations processes and systems
• Assisting leadership with special projects as needed
• Performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, or similar tools)
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

Preferred (but NOT Required)

• Interest in healthcare, operations, or administration
• Prior customer service, retail, or office experience
