Sales Professional (Insurance P&C) Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with strong experience in selling IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions to Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C) clients across the USA market.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of new logo acquisition, consultative selling capabilities, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders within insurance organizations. This role requires an individual who understands the digital transformation landscape, including Data, Cloud, Analytics, and IT Services, and can effectively position value-driven solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and acquire new logos within the Insurance P&C sector.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, credibility, and long-term partnership.
• Develop and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
• Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and fulfilment.
• Understand customer business challenges and align service offerings accordingly.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account notes, and CRM records.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for clients to enhance overall customer experience.
• Resolve client concerns proactively and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as required for client meetings, business development, and industry events.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of proven experience in IT Services sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
• Strong experience selling to Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C) clients.
• Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation, Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Technology Services solutions.
• Must have successfully acquired at least 4–5 new enterprise logos in the last 2 years.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
