What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through deal closure, ensuring a structured and conversion-focused sales process
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and key accounts, building long-term relationships
- Lead negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and resolve issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
- Fluent in English (required) and either Spanish and/or Portuguese (required)
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
