continues to expand its presence across specialty retail, outdoor, run, wellness,
and lifestyle channels throughout the United States.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to help drive
growth with key retail partners, support our sales agency network, and represent
the brand in-market.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager, USA will play a key role in supporting and growing Xero
Shoes’ wholesale business across the United States. This is a highly customer-
facing position focused on managing key accounts, supporting independent sales
agencies, developing new business opportunities, and helping execute the brand’s
wholesale growth strategy.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and
a high level of comfort operating in the field. Significant travel is expected,
including regular retailer meetings, trade shows, agency meetings, market visits,
and in-store retail support throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate is both commercially minded and highly collaborative, with
the ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally while helping
elevate the brand’s presence across the marketplace.

Job Type: 40 hours Full-time, Exempt, Remote/Hybrid (must be able to work in the USA)
Pay: $120,000.00 – 140,000.00 commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonus opportunities and or other company benefits.
