Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for market development and business expansion of industrial Wheel Dehumidifier, collecting market intelligence, developing sales channels, and achieving annual sales targets assigned by the company.
2.Develop project follow-up plans, visit owners, design institutes, general contractors, etc., and establish business partnerships.
3.Conduct technical and solution exchanges with owners, design institutes, and general contractors based on project requirements.
4.Engage in business communication with key decision-makers in the project chain to establish cooperative relationships.
5.Organize training sessions and product promotion seminars; arrange customer site visits. 6.Execute tasks related to bidding, contract execution, and other relevant activities. Qualifications
1.Associate degree or above; majors in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other engineering disciplines preferred.
2.With 5+ years of work experience, with sales experience in Wheel Dehumidifier or battery production line equipment within the battery industry.
3.Strong customer development and project management capabilities, with high resistance to pressure and a willingness to embrace challenges.
4.Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, clear and sharp thinking, high initiative, customer-oriented mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
