In the UK and Australia, we’re the leading advancement and alumni platform for independent schools. Now we’re bringing that same energy and product to the US education market (particularly K12 independent schools and small colleges), and we’re looking for the right person to lead this charge!

What we don’t yet have is the brand recognition or outbound sales motion to fully unlock this market – and that’s what we’re hoping this new role will deliver through a mix of direct outreach (ideally to a network you already have), conference participations, consultant relationships and tenacity to close enough sales to build a strong initial base across the US.
You’ll join an international ToucanTech sales team with your particular focus on the US, working closely with one of our co-founders and supported byn the wider Sales, Marketing and Operations teams. You’ll be a self-starter, driven, personable, and creative – and a good listener and communicator. You’ll love technology, understand school database and community products – with specific knowledge (and ideally first-hand experience) of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge fundraising CRM.
