Sales Development Representative (SDR Hunter) – Enterprise B2B Lead Generation (US Market)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SDR (Hunter) to drive outbound lead generation in the US market, with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.

This is an outcome-oriented role, where success is measured by the ability to generate high-quality pipeline and meetings.

We are ideally seeking someone who can own end-to-end lead generation—including target identification, messaging, outreach, and meeting booking.

We are also considering applications for strong outbound execution specialists who can work with a defined ICP, database, and messaging framework.

In this role as an SDR (Hunter), your focus will be across the following areas:

End-to-End Lead Generation

• Build and manage target account lists and prospect pipelines
• Develop and refine outbound messaging for enterprise personas
• Execute multi-channel outreach, with cold calling as the primary channel
• Engage with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
• Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings
• Continuously optimize outreach based on performance insights

Outbound Execution

• Execute outreach using provided database, ICP, and messaging framework
• Focus on cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking
• Provide structured feedback on market response and messaging effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation

• Prospect, research, and engage with new leads and target accounts
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Initiate conversations with enterprise decision-makers

Outbound Execution

• Conduct high-quality, consistent cold calling and outreach campaigns
• Execute multi-touch engagement across channels
• Maintain persistence through structured follow-ups

Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report:
• Calls made
• Conversations
• Meetings booked
• Conversion metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting and messaging

Basic Requirements

• Experience as an SDR/BDR in outbound sales (US market preferred)
• Strong track record in cold calling, pipeline generation, and meeting booking
• Experience in B2B services or consulting environments is strongly preferred; experience in design, digital, or SaaS outbound sales is also valuable
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-suite)
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset
