Role Description

This is a WFH set-up, full-time role based in Concord, CA for a Sales Associate | Outbound Caller. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries regarding service offerings, and generating interest in Chaperone Home Care. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects to ensure smooth onboarding. The Sales Associate will work closely with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Googlesuites.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the home care industry or healthcare services and a passion for helping others is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales, marketing, or healthcare are advantageous.
