Sales Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to join a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Sales Team supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 / Hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
What’s the Job?
Assist the Inside Sales team with filing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain login information for customer online systems
Track “in-transit” invoices and provide order assistance and expediting support when needed.
Act as a backup for delivering parts quotes and responding to customer inquiries.
Manage the reception area, including updating lobby signage, maintaining company literature, and providing refreshments for visitors.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree is strongly preferred.
Some experience with inside sales or customer service is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
