About The Position
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Sales Sr. Manager.
This position is based at our office in Southfield.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for electronic products
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
- Report on performance metrics (sales growth, ROI, etc.)
What Qualifications You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred: Electronics/Engineering background)
- Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing management
- 5+ years experience in electronics industry or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
