Job Overview:

Broadband is hiring motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives and Sales Trainees to promote and sell internet services in residential territories across Texas. This role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, and closing sales within assigned neighborhoods and fiber clusters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door residential sales
• Promote Rise Broadband internet services
• Generate new customer accounts
• Educate customers on service plans and benefits
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work within assigned territories and clusters
• Report sales activity to field supervisors

Requirements for Sales Trainee (Freshers):

• No prior experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with field sales and traveling locally
• Motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Valid Driver’s License preferred

Requirements for Sales Representative (Experienced):

• Prior door-to-door, telecom, cable, internet, or direct sales experience preferred
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Customer-focused approach
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
