Grandview is a 215-bed assisted living community serving SSI + Medi-Cal residents, often with no out-of-pocket cost.
We have open beds to fill and need someone who can actually drive referrals and close.
We work with hospitals, health plans, and homeless service providers to place individuals who are too complex for traditional housing.
This role is about:
• Building real relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and outreach teams
• Getting into the referral pipeline (LAHSA, HOPICS, hospitals, etc.)
• Converting referrals into move-ins
If you’ve worked in SNF / assisted living / healthcare sales and know how to get placements, this is a big opportunity.
Base ($80,000-$100,000) + commission. Serious upside.
