• Experience in knitwear or technical product development is a strong plus
• Clear understanding of product development timelines, costing, and production processes
• Highly self-driven, able to operate independently while coordinating with overseas teams
• Based in the U.S. and comfortable with frequent in-person meetings and travel

• Secure initial accounts within 3–6 months
• Reach a sales target of $250,000 within the first 6 months and $500,000 by the end of the first year
• Consistently contribute to revenue growth through new and existing clients
What We Provide
• Direct access to integrated R&D and production capabilities
• Fast and flexible sampling support for client development
• Existing product base and development resources to support sales efforts
• Close collaboration with internal teams across development and production
• Company investment in at least two U.S. trade shows per year
• Company-paid business travel expenses
Compensation
• Base salary + commission, negotiable based on experience
• Commission tied to order value and/or gross margin
• High earning potential based on performance
