Role Description
This is a full-time Route Driver position. This can be hot and dirty work. Responsibilities include operating company trucks to collect, sort and transport recycling materials, adhering to safety regulations, providing exceptional customer service during pickups, and maintaining communication with the office. Drivers will be accountable for recording pickup details and ensuring the proper handling of materials along designated routes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Box Truck Driving and operating vehicles with a valid license. CDL not required.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Hands-on experience with truck operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow designated routes
- Experience in recycling, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical capability to lift and load materials as needed
