Rodent Exclusion Team Leader Job Description
About the Opportunity
THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE HUNGRY TO GROW. We are hiring a full-time Rodent Exclusion Team Leader to work in the field and play a key role on our rodent exclusion team at Haven Pest Solutions as we grow. You will be running a route to perform exclusions with top tier quality and set the tone for the rest of the team. You will be go to point of contact with customers to resolve rodent issues and help ensure quality control with other technicians. As the face of the business, your role is to protect our customers’ homes by providing excellent service and taking care of rodent, varmint, reptile, and other pest issues. You will have an opportunity to get it on the ground floor of a young and fast-growing, local company with plenty of upside potential and additional compensation if you perform in the role.

Qualifications
· Experience level: 2-4+ years in wildlife or pest control industry with customer facing experience and strong knowledge of exclusion work (residential / commercial).
· Prior pest control experience is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Field Routes is a plus but not required.
· A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
· A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
