***THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION (12-18 months) WHICH MAY LEAD TO DIRECT HIRE**

Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Robot Programmer and play a vital role in advancing automation processes across our production lines. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills in robotics and mechanical systems within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment committed to continuous improvement.

Potential position locations include: Spring Hill, TN; Fort Wayne, IN; metro-Detroit, MI area with up to 50% travel required.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/knowledge:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Robot Programming, with a majority of experience programming Fanuc Robots

OR

• 1-2 years of experience in Robot Programming AND an Engineering Degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• GM experience preferred
• Ability to set up and run the GM Wizard software to identify different applications for Fanuc Robots.
• GRS Certification
• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends, if needed.
• Ability to path program industrial robots for manufacturing purposes.
• Ability to troubleshoot system errors.
• Ability to analyze robotic processes for improvement.
• Must be able to self learn robotic controllers.
• Experience with logic controllers and distributed control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour
