Transcend is a Seattle-based fashion company reimagining how clothing is made, used, and valued. We operate at the intersection of retail, local manufacturing, and circular design, offering artisan-made fashion, upcycling services, and community-driven experiences.
Our flagship store at Pacific Place is both a retail space and a working production studio. In 2026, we are expanding to a second location and growing B2B partnerships – entering a phase of growth.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building that next phase.
The Role
This is not a traditional retail role. You’ll operate at the intersection of:
– Sales
– Inventory & logistics
– E-commerce
– Real-world execution
You will own revenue on the floor while helping bring structure to the day-to-day operations of a growing, multi-channel business.
This role will begin as a contract position (3–4 months) with a clear path to full-time leadership as Transcend scales.
What You’ll Own
Revenue & Customer Experience
– Convert foot traffic into high-value sales
– Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven customer experience
– Improve merchandising and product storytelling
Store Operations
– Open/close the store and maintain a high-functioning space
– Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across retail and studio
Inventory & Product Flow
– Manage intake, tagging, and organization of inventory
– Maintain alignment between physical inventory and Shopify
– Support movement of inventory across store, events, airport, and partners
E-commerce & Fulfillment
– Pack and ship orders with speed and accuracy
– Support product updates and inventory visibility in Shopify
Events & Activations
– Execute in-store events, workshops, and external activations
– Help translate community engagement into revenue
Retail & Production Coordination
– Track what’s ready vs in production
– Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and studio

What we’re looking for
– 2–5 years experience in retail, operations, or fast-paced environments
– Strong organization and attention to detail
– Strong communication and customer presence
– Shopify/POS familiarity a plus
– Startup or small brand experience preferred
