Retail Merchandiser Full Time NEW

We are currently hiring local, seasonal Retail Merchandisers to support a major area retailer. We have multiple positions available, and little to no experience is required, as on-site training will be provided. There is also potential for advancement for dependable, high-performing team members.

What You’ll Do-

• Offload freight and stock merchandise.
• – Clean, zone, and organize shelves and fixtures.
• – Perform modular resets and general merchandising tasks.
• – Build and disassemble store fixtures and related items.
• – Clean gondolas and sales floor fixtures.
• – Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and follow all safety guidelines.
• – Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• – Work in both ambient and non-ambient controlled areas, which may include on-site Connex trailers.
• – Perform additional merchandising duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• – Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching.
• – Prolonged standing and walking.
• – Continuous use of hands and arms throughout the shift.

• – Ability to work a full 8-hour shift.
• – Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• – Flexibility to assist with scheduled team tasks.
• – Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• – Good vision and manual dexterity.
• – Ability to operate basic tools such as a pallet jack, hammer, screwdriver, drill, and box cutter.
• – Must have a working cellphone.
• – Ability to read and understand barcodes (preferred).

Dress Code

The required dress code is jeans (blue, black, or khaki with no holes or rips), a black T-shirt and steel toe boots. Clothing must be properly fitted (not baggy or overly tight). No hats, head wraps, or other headwear are permitted.
