Full Job Description
7 Days Week $6500.00 MonthKitchen – Hot Line & Back of House
Daily / Nightly (7 Days per Week)· Full cleaning and degreasing of all hot line kitchen equipment, including:o Ranges, fryers, ovens, grills, flat tops, salamanders, broilerso Exterior of all prep equipment and stainless surfaces· Kitchen floors scrubbed and degreased nightly· Floor drains flushed and cleaned nightly· Walls cleaned daily or as needed (up to 8 feet)· Spot Clean Ceiling for Splatter As Needed· High Dusting of Air Vents & Ceiling Tiles As Needed· Exterior wipe-down of all refrigeration, warmers, prep tables, and storage equipment
Vent hood filters cleaned twice per week and reinstalled·
Entire exterior areas, and/or show areas to FOH cleaned daily· Deep detail of hot line drip trays, undersides, and equipment edges done weekly
Kitchen Employee restrooms cleaned nightly, including:
o Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrorso Floors scrubbed and sanitizedo Restocked supplies (client-provided)
Bars All Bar Stations & Stainless Steel Equipment
Daily / Nightly (7 Days per Week)· Full cleaning of all stainless steel bar equipmento Clean Exterior stainless steel bar equipment like sinks, exterior low boy coolers, client can remove liquor bottles to clean in the wells· Bar tops, shelving, bottle displays, and backsplash areas wiped and sanitized as needed and dusted, client must remove liquor bottles to clean around or behind· Polish all bar brass, foot rails, and stainless steel accents, or use barkeep to clean any brass as needed or requested· Bar floors & drains cleaned nightly· Clean and detail bar wells, service stations, and underbar areas as requested or 1x weekly
Dining Rooms – All Front of House Areas
Daily / Nightly (7 Days per Week)· Clean and detail all dining room floors· Sweep, mop, and clean in between and underneath tables and chairs· If the client wants us to clean underneath the tables, then do not set them so that way that we can move the tables and clean beneath them· Wipe down chair bases, table legs, host stands, service stations as needed or requested· Spot-clean walls and high-touch surfaces· Spot-clean interior glass as needed· Maintain FOH cleanliness prior to opening each day
High Dusting & Periodic Detail·
Bi-weekly high dusting (up to 8 feet) or as needed· Keep Fans, Ledges, Art Work Dusted as requested, needed· Review dusting of plants in the dining room as needed· Review dusting of window sills in the dining rooms as needed
Restrooms (Guest)
Daily / Nightly (7 Days per Week)· Full cleaning and sanitation of:o Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, partitionso Mirrors, fixtures, door handles, trash receptacles· Refill paper goods and soap (client-provided)· Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors· Remove odors, polish stainless, wipe walls and splash areas· High dust air vents and ledges, artwork
Patios & Outdoor Areas
Daily / Nightly (7 Days per Week)· Sweep, mop, or hose down patio surfaces (as appropriate)· Wipe down outdoor furniture· Pressure Washing is available as needed for purchase· Clean outdoor railings, ledges, and spill areas as requested· Spot-clean exterior walls as needed
Glass & Windows· Spot clean all glass nightly (doors, partitions, windows touched by guests)
Trash Removal· Client will remove their own trash· Janitorial Service will replace liners and ensure loading dock / dumpster area is clean and organized· We can pressure wash the dumpster area
Staff & Schedule· Cleaning team on-site nightly, 7 days a week· Supervisors assigned to ensure quality, consistency, and communication
Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,400.00 per week
Work Location: In person
