Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced residential roofer with knowledge of shingle roofs, gutters, fascia, and siding to do repairs and service work. As a Residential Repair Tech, you will manage and oversee residential repairs from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate project logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for the salesman. The Residential Repair Tech provides hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and support, contributing to the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, time management, technical expertise in residential roofing and siding systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Plan and coordinate residential repairs, including scheduling, material procurement, and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills in various aspects of roofing including: Shingle Roof Repairs, Gutter Installation & Repairs, Chimney Flashing, Fascia/Soffit Repairs, and Siding Repairs.
• Communicate effectively with salesman and homeowners throughout the project, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for reporting and billing purposes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or challenges that arise throughout the project, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Conduct post-project inspections and evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential roofing and siding a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
• MUST have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour
